We trust that individuals, teams, managers, entrepreneurs, companies, and organisations are able to develop, grow and change in all circumstances. Humanity still has superpowers in the modern, technological and internationalising world everywhere. The methods we use support people to do their best, strengthen well-being, curiosity, motivation and performance. We have seen that when people find their own meaning, value and self-confidence and their own human superpowers, they grow and develop to a new level. Coaching also supports our clients in everyday and practical actions and choices with various work tools.

Our team is constantly developing our own coaching services, for example in the subject areas of coaching science, psychology, philosophy, management, communication. We take care of the professional and international certification and further training of our coaches. We bring researched and effective coaching methods to the benefit of our customers. We offer a wide range of tools and working methods for both individual and group coaching.

Coaching in Behavioral Change

Often in coaching you are looking for something on the verge of change or to seek changes in your own actions and thinking. The change can be related to self-perception, management style, communication, decision-making models, own habits and habits. Coaching in Behavioral Change approaches based on research and evidence strengthen individual change processes effectively and safely. They rely on psychological and neuroscientific research and offer a broad, practical working environment between the client and the coach. We apply an in-depth coaching methodology with individuals, teams and groups. Our coaches have extensive background knowledge in business, management, coaching and special skills in the coaching field.

Our philosophy about the coaching process

We believe that everyone as an individual can get closer to their own BEING – authentic being themselves with their own steps. It means a deeper understanding of oneself, others and the whole of life and business. This understanding can build an easier, more curious and bolder way of acting with the word – DOING.

The hermeneutic spiral visualizes such a journey. We call these steps or steps that always bring the process to a new level. OPEN, i.e. opening to the process, gives yourself permission to stop and examine your own situation. ART, or aesthetic point of view, gives the opportunity for curiosity, new possibilities and interpretations of ourselves, others and circumstances. ACT are real and brave experiments, where we explore our values and discover our new possibilities by doing something new in everyday life or at work. US is a stage or step where we strengthen a new connection with others, find new expressions to tell our story in a new way. ARCH is ultimately an insightful, core connection to ourselves and the whole world. The coaching process supports everyone’s individual journey to true being.

Our GLOWUP program, aimed at individuals and groups, uses the stages of the hermeneutic circle as a description of the process. Such a philosophical approach is also the basis of all our coaching.

Co-Active Coaching

Co-Active is a coaching philosophy that is built on a strong trust in people’s creativity, ability and competence. The method relies on the cooperation of coach and client through high-quality discussion, active experiments and informed choices. Co-Active is also based on the understanding of how internal self-management and better self-knowledge also strengthens the management of others in a way that affects the development. It invites you to explore the meanings, the values of life, your own limits and your own choices in an energetic way in active coaching. It includes the axes of both being and doing: who exactly are you and how exactly do you act? Co-Active helps to broaden perspectives, to act more boldly and independently, to leave the comfort zone and grow. It is a way to understand yourself and your goals better and more deeply. You find your courage to be who you want to be, to create what you want to create.

Positive Intelligence is Mental Fitness

The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence research is through factor analysis to discover the core factors that impact both performance and well-being. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and five positive response factors (5 Sage powers).

Discovering these root-level factors of performance and well-being dramatically simplifies personal and professional development. Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness. CLUES Coaching for stress recovery

During the last 10 years we have worked and co-operated intensively with preventive health care, medical technology, remote health services development and with the wellness sector. Our own service for building better recovery and potential is CLUES. CLUES combines ECG (electrocardiogram) and HRV (heart rate variability) measurement with the Bittium Faros ECG device and Biosign HRV analysis report with personal and group coaching. CLUES brings a lot of information and well-being understanding to anyone’s life. CLUES measurement and coaching is one important perspective and element when you explore your essence and what you do – and your potential as a person.
