My passion is to understand how individuals and teams work, what more there could be and how to get there, for companies to grow both their productivity and positivity. What do you want to create an impact? Who do you need to be to succeed?

Over 15 years of business experience in leadership, sales, recruitment and client development experience at LVMH (Louis Vuitton and Moët Hennessy). Managing teams of up to 30 people, sales growth, team development, team trainings and building deep and trusting relationships with clients.

Coaching experience from the world’s most rigorous coach training and over 1000+ hours of coaching (PCC, ICF Certified Co-Active Coach), within business/career/executive/wellbeing themes. Worked with employees at all levels (blue collar to C-suite) within technology, energy, aviation and software sectors amongst others.

My specialties are Career & Executive coaching, Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching, Personality assessments (Narrative Big 5, Positive Intelligence), Team Assessments (International Team Coaching – Team Diagnostics), Psychological safety, Communication, Self-leadership, Change management. I also offer training, facilitation and group coaching.

I am your thinking partner, who will, together with you, in a fun and challenging way, help you see how you think and the stories and systems you construct. Only once you can see these can you choose a different perspective, find endless possibilities, and succeed in changing your reactions and patterns.
